RENOLIT Ibérica is part of an international industrial group with more than 60 years of experience, specialising in the manufacture of plastic films for different markets, particularly for waterproofing applications.
Before implementing QPlant, RENOLIT managed some of its production processes manually and had limited visibility over plant operations.
The lack of centralised data made it difficult to monitor material balances, ensure batch traceability and manage production efficiently.
TAI Smart Factory implemented the QPlant platform to digitalise and centralise production management, connecting it with the different systems and applications used across the plant.
The solution automates processes such as production and waste reporting, product labelling and real-time batch traceability.
The project was developed through close collaboration, adapting the platform to RENOLIT’s industrial environment and production processes.
